How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship within 1 to 4 business days. Since this is a one-person studio, small delays may happen, especially around new launches or big shop updates. If anything comes up that may delay your order, I’ll reach out.
My order says it shipped, but I didn’t get a tracking number?
If your order is under $5, it is shipped as a letter and won’t come with tracking. All other items like apparel, books, or large decals will include tracking info when they ship.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, I’ve got you. Please email me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Returns or exchanges for other reasons will be handled on a case-by-case basis, since this is a handmade shop, but your experience still matters to me.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes! All of my stickers are made with waterproof and weather-resistant materials, including vinyl sticker paper and a protective laminate coating. They hold up well on water bottles, laptops, sketchbooks, and more.
Over time, I’ve tested a bunch of materials and refined the process. Most stickers now use laser-printable vinyl, sealed with either a laminate film or UV-protective spray, depending on the design.
The layered stickers are especially durable (though a bit thick), built from multiple layers of studio materials. Holographic-coated stickers may show some fading or surface wear with heavy use.
Can I request something that’s sold out or custom?
Yes! If an item is sold out or you’re dreaming of something custom, feel free to reach out. I’m always open to recreating past pieces when possible or working on custom requests, especially if they align with my current materials and process.
Can I get one of your designs tattooed?
Yes, 100%. If something I made resonates enough to want it on your skin forever, that’s the highest honor. No payment or permission needed, although I’d love to see it! If you’re inclined to tip, there’s a tip option in the shop.
